Carl D. Nocera, P.E., CQE, has over 35 years of experience in quality engineering and management.

During his career with AT&T/Lucent Technologies, Carl obtained extensive experience in applying statistical methods to all aspects of manufacturing and services. His experience includes supplier management and ISO 9000. He has developed many quality related training courses including the material on the CQEWeb.

He is an ASQ Fellow and has conducted CQE review courses for the Columbus, Ohio Section ASQ since 1969.
